At RGMT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn apparel in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
